The days can be full of questions, coordination, and decisions. We hope CAWM is your place to land.
CAWM doesn’t tell you what to do. It is not a medical device, it doesn’t diagnose, and it will not escalate symptoms. Instead, it is there beside you, offering structure, clarity, and support so you can focus on what matters most: being present with the person you love.
ALS care involves dozens of moving parts — routines, equipment, therapies, medications, and daily adjustments. CAWM brings them together in one calm, structured space so caregivers don’t have to rely on memory or scattered notes.
CAWM began as a personal project — a way to honor my father’s journey with ALS and to support the families, caregivers, and loved ones who walk this path every day. I learned firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to manage appointments, track medications, organize information, and still try to be present for the moments that matter.

Daily symptom checklists, scoring, and past‑log retrieval for clinicians and caregivers.

Practical tips, educational materials, and tools like Text‑to‑Voice.

A single place to log prescriptions, equipment cadence, and upcoming appointments.
